Since Softex offers several support options for their products, one of the support methods is Remote Desktop Assistance provided by Softex Support Team.In order to Get Softex Support Agent to Help you resolve issues with your computer and/or Server , first you need to install the Remote Desktop Assistance Tool "TeamViewer"

Please help.
